Spotify Technology stated on Thursday it was investigating some points with its internet web page, following reviews that the audio streaming platform was down for hundreds of customers.
There have been greater than 14,000 incidents of individuals reporting points with Spotify, based on Downdetector, which tracks outages by collating standing reviews from a variety of sources together with user-submitted errors on its platform.
