Biden administration did not sanction unofficial talks with Russians

President Joe Biden’s administration didn’t sanction or help secret conferences that former prime U.S. nationwide safety officers held with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and different Russians on potential talks to finish the Ukraine warfare, the White House and State Department stated on Thursday.
