5 civilians killed in Sudan as projectiles hit neighborhood

At least 5 civilians had been killed in western Sudan over the weekend, a docs affiliation stated Monday.

“Five people were killed and 17 others were seriously injured, as a result of projectiles hitting the Ombada Al-Sabil neighborhood,” the Ombada Committees stated.

The variety of casualties might enhance as many individuals are trapped underneath the rubble, the group based mostly in Omdurman metropolis stated.

There was no remark from the Sudanese military or the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) concerning the incident.
