Ukraine on Sunday accused Russia of attacking civilian infrastructure within the southern Odesa area.
Oleg Kiper, the top of the regional navy administration, stated on Telegram that the Russian navy carried out an in a single day drone assault on the civilian infrastructure for 3.5 hours, injuring two civilian employees .
