Over 700 kilograms of meth seized in Istanbul

Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya introduced Tuesday that 738 kilograms of methamphetamine had been seized and two suspects had been caught in an operation in Istanbul.

The minister tweeted and famous that 738 kilograms of the drug had been seized in Beylikdüzü and Büyükçekmece by the Anti-Narcotic Crimes Branch Directorate and an analogous operation was carried out within the Başakşehir district.

In his submit on his social media account, Yerlikaya acknowledged that the groups of the Istanbul Anti-Narcotic Crimes Branch carried out the operation because of the follow-up that has been happening for months and detained two.

“There will never be a passage to drug dealers who poison our youth and threaten our future! I heartily congratulate our security forces for their hard work,” the minister stated.
