Türkiye’s Limak to remodel Barcelona’s home ground, Camp Nou

Barcelona on Monday introduced that Turkish agency Limak Construction can be accountable for reworking Barcelona’s house floor, Camp Nou.

After a gathering of the board of administrators, the Spanish membership mentioned that the work is predicted to start in June when the primary staff’s season is over.

In a press convention, Elena Fort, first vp of FC Barcelona, mentioned that the Turkish firm is “a world-leading construction company that will guarantee the best price in the shortest time.”

“We need the Spotify Camp Nou to be constructed within the shortest doable time at the most effective worth; two issues that this firm can do,” Fort mentioned.

Fort mentioned the second requirement is for the Turkish firm to satisfy the “financeable contract,” Fort said, explaining: “This contract will go out on the financial markets. So, the market has to finance us. In other words, it must have a guaranteed maximum price. Limak Construction has guaranteed this. That is to say, a maximum price that can never be exceeded but can be lowered. It also provides sufficient guarantees of solvency in meeting deadlines and control of contingencies.”

“Limak Construction, the company that built the best airport in the world, that of Istanbul, is a bid that technically guarantees we will stick to our deadlines and guarantees that it can be financed in these markets,” she emphasised.

Limak is likely one of the largest development corporations in Türkiye, which accomplished many worldwide initiatives.

Camp Nou, the biggest stadium in Spain and Europe, is the house floor of Spanish powerhouse Barcelona, which bagged 5 UEFA Champions League and 26 Spanish La Liga titles.
