“We are doing good work in agriculture,” the mayor continued, highlighting that the municipality particularly helps girls who participate in agriculture. “The land is the place where the most halal income is obtained. Every penny earned by the farmer is halal. I don’t need to tell you how much hardship farmers go through, especially women,” the official lamented.
