National flag service Turkish Airlines has obtained the APEX World Class award for the second time in a row due to its worldwide requirements of security, well-being, sustainability, service and visitor expertise, the air service introduced Wednesday.
Turkish Airlines acquired the honour on the 2022 Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX)/IFSA EXPO in Long Beach, California on Oct. 26.
The airline passengers group APEX additionally named Turkish Airlines a Five-Star Global Airline for the sixth consecutive time due to its service normal.
Passengers rated over 1,000,000 flights of virtually 600 airways around the globe for the outcomes.
Ahmet Bolat, the chairman of Turkish Airlines’ board and government committee, mentioned: “As only eight airlines were deemed worthy of this (APEX World Class) award around the globe, it shows the significance of our achievement.”
“We will continue to shape and enrich our services in accordance with the expectations and satisfaction of our guests in the framework of safety and sustainability.”
In September, Turkish Airlines was named the highest service in Europe on the World Airline Awards organized by air transport ranking company Skytrax.
