Türkiye’s top holding to set up $82 million cement plant in US

One of Türkiye’s largest conglomerates Sabancı Holding and Turkish cement producer Çimsa have agreed to ascertain a grey cement grinding plant within the United States with an funding of $82 million (round TL 2.2 billion), based on the mutual announcement made by the businesses Thursday.

Çimsa, with its subsidiary working within the U.S., will enter the grey cement market within the United States, along with the white cement market.
