Austrian actor Peter Simonischek dead at 76

Austrian actor Peter Simonischek died on the age of 76 on Monday night time at residence in Vienna surrounded by his household, the Burgtheater confirmed on Tuesday.

He was recognized from his many roles in performs, movies and tv exhibits. Abroad, he was recognized for his starring function within the father-daughter comedy-drama “Toni Erdmann,” the place he performed alongside German actress Sandra Hüller. The movie was nominated for the Oscar within the class Best International Film in 2017.
