Edin Dzeko joins Fenerbahce on 2-year contract

Bosnian ahead Edin Dzeko on Thursday signed a two-year contract with Fenerbahce on a free switch.

“Hello Fenerbahce family. I’m so happy to be here. I’m looking forward to seeing you all,” Dzeko mentioned on Twitter, posting a video of him in a membership jersey.

Fenerbahce mentioned on the Turkish Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that Dzeko will earn €4.2 million ($4.6 million) per season.

Dzeko appeared for Wolfsburg, Manchester City, Roma, and Inter Milan.

The 37-year-old participant has received two Premier League titles with Manchester City.

He was additionally a part of the Inter Milan squad within the 2023 UEFA Champions League closing towards Manchester City.

Dzeko, who scored 64 targets in 129 matches for Bosnia-Herzegovina, performed within the Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup.
