French minister Amelie Oudea-Castera calls Argentina inelegant winners for mocking Mbappe

French Sports Minister Amelie Oudea-Castera on Friday accused Argentine gamers of being “inelegant winners” and “vulgar” for mocking her nation’s star Kylian Mbappe after successful the World Cup remaining.
