China to restructure sci-tech ministry to reach self-reliance faster

China will restructure its science and expertise ministry to raised allocate assets for tackling challenges in key applied sciences and to maneuver quicker in the direction of self-reliance, the official state news company Xinhua reported on Tuesday.
