Launch in 2023: Erdoğan introduces Türkiye’s 1st space travelers

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan launched on Saturday, Türkiye’s first area traveler and his backup at Teknofest, the world’s largest aviation, area and expertise pageant in Istanbul.

Speaking on the seventh version of the tech pageant, Erdoğan launched Türkiye’s first area traveler Alper Gezeravcı who will keep on the International Space Station for 14 days, and his backup Tuna Cihangir Atasever.

Gezeravcı is an completed pilot on the Turkish Air Forces Command whereas Atasever is an engineer engaged on area launch programs on the Turkish protection large, Roketsan.

Erdoğan stated Gezeravcı’s area journey was deliberate for the final quarter of 2023.

“Our space traveler will conduct 13 different experiments prepared by esteemed university and research institutions of our country,” Erdoğan said.
