Montana Governor Greg Gianforte signed a invoice into legislation Wednesday banning TikTookay, making the state the primary within the US to bar use of the favored Chinese-owned app.

The ban will take impact in January 2024. The invoice bans app shops from providing customers the power to obtain the app.
