Empty bus plunges into sea at Istanbul

An IETT (Istanbul Electric Tramway and Tunnel Establishments) bus parked on the Eminönü Haliç Metro IETT Stop moved and fell into the ocean. It was reported that the bus was empty. Police and fireplace brigade groups have been dispatched to the scene.

Efforts to retrieve the bus are ongoing. In a written assertion from the Istanbul Governorship, it was said that “At 08:09, in keeping with the data acquired from the Security News Center, the EM1 line quantity empty (Eminönü-Kulaksız) Special Public Bus, which was parked contained in the Eminönü IETT storage in Fatih Eminönü Demirtaş Mahallesi Ragıp Gümüşpala Street, moved and fell into the ocean because of the handbrake being launched.

Fire brigade groups, coast guard, and highway upkeep have dispatched one crane to the scene. There are no useless or injured people.”

The bus driver, Ramazan Şahin, mentioned, “It was parked. I was about to get in the car, and it moved by itself and went into the sea. I don’t know how it happened. We will see when we get it out.”

The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality additionally issued an announcement relating to the personal public bus that fell into the ocean in Eminönü.

The assertion talked about, “An empty personal public bus working on the EM1 Kulaksız-Eminönü line slipped into the ocean because of the driver leaving the automobile with out pulling the handbrake on the Fatih Eminönü IETT storage.
