Istanbuls newly restored Maidens Tower to welcome visitors on May 11

After a serious two-year restoration, Istanbul‘s iconic Maiden’s Tower is ready on Thursday to reopen its doorways to keen guests.

Under a Turkish Culture and Tourism Ministry venture, unique supplies had been used to revive the tower whereas exhibiting loyalty to its state through the reign of Ottoman Sultan Mahmud II (1808-1839).
