Turkish officers on Tuesday closed the Istanbul Strait to ships resulting from heavy fog.
Two-way ship site visitors was suspended via the strait as of 10.27 a.m. native time (0727GMT).
The fog grew extra dense within the morning, chopping down visibility for sea journey.
The strait connects worldwide ship site visitors from the Black Sea to the Sea of Marmara and additional on, to the Mediterranean Sea.
