In the central Talas district of Kayseri, a mentally handicapped younger man highjacked a passenger bus after discovering the important thing contained in the automobile.
The incident occurred when 15-year-old B. C. seen that the municipality bus parked on an empty lot on Aşık Veysel Boulevard was left with the important thing inside and determined to enter the automobile.
Upon witnessing B. C. driving the bus, involved people promptly alerted the police. Law enforcement officers arrived on the scene and tried to cease the youth, who disregarded their warnings and continued driving for about 4 kilometers.
Unfortunately, the bus finally collided with the median on Hulusi Akar Boulevard, inflicting injury to the automobile. B.C., who was recognized as mentally disabled, was apprehended by the police and brought to the Yıldırım Beyazıt Police Station.
The municipality bus was returned following the incident.
