Ship traffic to resume in Türkiye’s Bosporus after suspension

Ship site visitors within the Bosporus Strait of Istanbul is ready to renew for northbound vessels as of 8:20 a.m. GMT Wednesday after a ship suffered an engine failure, the Tribeca transport company stated.

According to a report shared by the company, Liberia-flagged tanker Guanyin carrying diesel gas and vacuum gasoil had an engine failure on the strait’s northern entrance and two tugs have been dispatched for help.
