Haluk Bayraktar, the CEO of Baykar, and Deputy Defense Minister of Azerbaijan Agil Gurbanov signed the protocol throughout TEKNOFEST, Türkiye’s premier aerospace and know-how pageant held at Istanbul’s Atatürk Airport.
