Tulumtaş Cave in Türkiye’s Ankara opens for visitors

The Tulumtaş Cave, found through the building of the Ankara Ring Road in Gölbaşı district practically three many years in the past has opened its doorways to guests lately after the mandatory preparations.

The native Gölbaşı Municipality has accomplished the restoration work of the cave, and the doorway charge has been set at TL 30 ($1.11) for adults and TL15 for college students. Veterans, martyrs, and their kin, in addition to youngsters aged 0-6, are excluded from paying the charge.

To facilitate the visitation of Tulumtaş Cave, the municipality has began a shuttle service for the residents. The shuttles will depart from the TOKI Clock Tower on Mondays and Saturdays, and from the District Public Library on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. and a couple of:30 p.m.

The 45-person capability audio-visual room will present guests with details about the cave earlier than their tour. The inside design of the cafe within the cave space was impressed by the stalactites and stalagmites of Tulumtaş Cave, making a harmonious environment.
