Turkish FM Çavuşoğlu, Russian counterpart meet on margins of G-20

Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu on Wednesday met along with his Russian counterpart on the sidelines of a gathering of Group of 20 (G-20) international ministers in India’s capital New Delhi.

In a Twitter put up, Çavuşoğlu mentioned he mentioned regional points with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

He thanked Lavrov for Russia’s assist after final month’s twin earthquakes in southern Türkiye.

He later met along with his British counterpart James Cleverly and mentioned they mentioned Ukraine and NATO enlargement.

“Grateful for #UK support after #earthquake,” he added.
