Turkish Foreign Ministry strongly condemns attacks leading to civilian killings in West Bank

The Turkish Foreign Ministry on Thursday strongly condemned assaults resulting in civilian killings within the West Bank, saying it’s “deeply concerned” over rising tensions and lack of life that’s being skilled “almost every day.”

“We have learned with sorrow that many Palestinians lost their lives during the raid by Israeli forces on the Jenin Refugee Camp in the West Bank on early Thursday,” the ministry stated in a press release.

The ministry reiterated Türkiye’s name to the Israeli authorities to take the mandatory measures successfully to forestall the escalation of tensions within the area and lack of life.

The assertion expressed Türkiye’s condolences to the Palestinian state and its folks, and God’s mercy to the Palestinians who misplaced their lives within the current assaults.

At least 9 Palestinians had been killed and 20 others injured by the Israeli military within the occupied West Bank on Thursday, based on Palestinian sources.

The Palestinian Health Ministry stated in a press release that 9 folks had been killed within the Jenin refugee camp, including that an aged girl is among the many victims.

The ministry stated 20 others had been injured, with 4 of them in important situation.

On Thursday, eyewitnesses instructed Anadolu that an Israeli soldier stormed the Jenin refugee camp, which led to clashes between dozens of Palestinians and the Israeli military.
