Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has mentioned that he “hopes” Washington will extradite members of the Fetullah Terrorist Organization [FETO] primarily based within the US.
Speaking with members of Turkish American neighborhood and Ahiska Turks in Houston, Texas, Cavusoglu careworn that FETO members are “intensely” current within the metropolis.
Stating that FETO’s academic establishments have been shut down in lots of nations and their members have been handed over to Türkiye, Cavusoglu mentioned: “I hope the United States will also extradite” them.
The minister mentioned the Federal Bureau of Investigation has had ongoing investigations in reference to FETO’s actions in a number of US states and added that officers with the US investigative bureau travelled to Ankara and offered their counterparts with details about their work.
