Türkiye has rescued a complete of 384 irregular migrants, together with many who have been illegally pushed again into Turkish territorial waters by Greek authorities, in accordance with the Turkish Coast Guard.

In the primary incident, groups have been dispatched off the coast of Ayvacik within the northwestern Canakkale province after the coast guard discovered that there have been irregular migrants in an inflatable boat, a Turkish Coast Guard assertion stated on Tuesday.

At least 39 migrants have been rescued in one other incident within the southwestern Aydin province’s Didim and Kusadasi districts, the assertion stated.

Meanwhile, in Türkiye’s Aegean province of Balikesir, 73 irregular migrants who have been pushed again by Greek forces have been rescued.

According to an announcement, Turkish Coast Guard groups have been dispatched off the coast of Ayvalik, Balikesir following reviews of irregular migrants on life rafts and inflatable boats, the company stated.

Separately, the Turkish Coast Guard held 147 irregular migrants whereas rescuing one other 29 in Bodrum within the southwestern Mugla province.

Meanwhile, 182 irregular migrants in an inflatable boat pushed into Turkish territorial waters by Greek authorities have been additionally rescued off the coast of Izmir.

Another 21 irregular migrants attempting to cross into Greece by unlawful means have been held by Turkish authorities.

All of the migrants have been taken to provincial migration workplaces.
