“With the support of the U.S. Congress, we will provide more than $1.3 billion in additional aid to help Ukraine toward that goal.”
Of that quantity, $520 million will go in the direction of serving to Ukraine overhaul its battered power grid, whereas $657 million can be used to assist modernise its border crossings, ports, rail traces and different important infrastructure, Blinken mentioned.
