Mexico has paid tribute to a navy rescue canine that died whereas looking for survivors buried underneath the rubble of the earthquake in Türkiye.
Defence Minister Luis Cresencio Sandoval introduced the loss of life of the German shepherd referred to as Proteo at President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador’s every day news convention on Monday.
“You accomplished your mission… thank you for your heroic work,” the navy mentioned on Twitter.
