Such a transfer wouldn’t violate nuclear nonproliferation agreements, Putin mentioned, including that the United States had stationed nuclear weapons on the territory of European allies.
Russia has additionally moved 10 aircrafts to Belarus which might be able to carrying tactical nuclear weapons, TASS reported.
