]The influential speaker of Russia’s parliament, Vyacheslav Volodin, demanded the usage of “weapons capable of stopping and destroying the Kyiv terrorist regime” in response to an alleged Ukrainian drone assault on the Kremlin on Wednesday.
In an announcement posted on Telegram, Volodin mentioned that Russia mustn’t negotiate with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy after the purported assault, which Kyiv denied.
Russia has beforehand mentioned it’s open to negotiations, whereas making clear it could solely enter talks by itself phrases.
