Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated on Friday that Russia confronted “existential threats” to its safety and improvement from “unfriendly states” as he offered President Vladimir Putin with an up to date overseas coverage doctrine.
Lavrov informed a televised assembly of the Kremlin’s Security Council that the brand new idea would define how Russia might take “symmetrical and asymmetric measures in response to unfriendly actions against Russia”, referring to “unprecedented pressure” being positioned on Russia by its Western foes.
