The Turkish Coast Guard on Sunday rescued 60 irregular migrants who had been illegally pushed again into Turkish territorial waters by Greek authorities.
Thirty migrants had been discovered stranded in a rubber boat within the Aegean Sea off the coast of Aydin province, the Coast Guard Command stated on its web site.
Another 30 migrants had been rescued from a rubber boat off the Ayvacik district in Canakkale province, the Coast Guard Command stated in a separate assertion.
