Kyiv has not but signed any agreements on the availability of fighter jets, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba mentioned on Friday.
“So far, no country has committed itself to the supply of fighter jets,” Kuleba mentioned in an interview with German media group Funke.
He mentioned Kyiv is most considering plane from the U.S., UK, France, and Germany since these states have the most important manufacturing capability and fleet.
The European parliament adopted on Thursday a decision calling on the EU states to supply Ukraine with all mandatory weapons.
After securing U.S.-built Abrams and German-made Leopard tanks, Ukraine has turned its consideration to shipments of recent fighter jets.
